All our Suspension springs are made here in Sheffield from the finest High duty Dynamic materials – Silicon Chrome and Chrome Vanadium

 

The heat treatment is undertaken within strict guidelines to ensure optimum hardness and ultimate performance – our springs do not settle after a period of time – they are pressed to their coilbound length and return without any settlement before they leave our factory.

 

We Shot Peen the surface to give the springs a long fatigue life and then they are powder coated to ensure a long rust free life.

 

Our design department can suggest designs for uprating and lowering your suspension, some racing applications could be better with progressive rated springs, we would be pleased to discus your individual requirements.
