The smaller rings are generally Zinc plated finish to enhance fatigue against rust

Through our manufacturing facility and Associates we are able to offer a total solution for companies requiring flat springs, pressed and metal stamped components, which includes multi-slide and power presses which are used in combination with standard and bespoke tooling.
We are able to tailor standard tooling to suit your requirements and can make budget tooling for low volume production as well as full progression tooling for mass production of parts if required.
